Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 4:00 PM may be shipped the same day if the item is in stock.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive:

Shipping Locations

Zovgemy ships orders from warehouses located in the United States and Hong Kong.

To provide faster delivery, orders are shipped from the warehouse nearest to your location based on product availability.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address so you can monitor your package in real time.

📌 Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse inventory and availability.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes after purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to:
❌ Change the shipping address
❌ Modify order details
❌ Cancel the shipment

📌 Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders lost due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refund or replacement.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to your country’s regulations.

📌 These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
